I am the “go-to” person within the organization for overview, structure, and action. At NLWorks I get to wear many hats: planner, interior designer, caterer, event planner, teacher, shopper, motivational speaker, and many more.

I started my career traveling the world and sailing the seven seas on cruise ships. After anchoring back in my home port Scheveningen, I developed into my role within large multinational companies like Amazon and Maersk. As a result, I am highly skilled in starting and scaling businesses, to create an environment that is motivating and vibrant, yet with the occasional fun & laughter, we all need just as much as said structure.

As I have an international background in my career, and with my father being English, I have always wanted to work for an international team that serves the world with a go-getter mentality. Together with my amazing colleagues, I aim to make NLWorks a reliable partner for both private and public organizations.
